Practical Economic Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through practicalecon.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. We do not require you to create an account or provide any other personal information to use this site.
We do not use cookies or analytics tools to track your browsing activity on this site.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether we’re a good fit to work together. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your request.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, solely to deliver your message to us. Formspree’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy. If you book a consultation, that scheduling is handled by Calendly, subject to Calendly’s privacy policy.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete them upon request or as part of routine inbox management.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you’ve submitted to us at any time by emailing brennan@practicalecon.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
